One of the folks I follow on FriendFeed looks to have had a similar idea as I did when I created FriendFeed Watch. Aviv has setup a site; friendfeed apps, for a couple of the apps that he has written for FriendFeed users. On the site he currently has two items:
Tabs - add custom FriendFeed tabs and never leave the site again
Reader - creates imaginary friends for your favorite feeds (OPML supported)
Conversation Tags: FriendFeed, add-ons
